Rafiki Upendi!

If you plan on joining the fanlist, there are a few rules you've gotta follow

1. I think this should be pretty obvious: You must like Rafiki.
   
2. You don't have to have a web site to join, but you must submitt your name or nickname, a valid e-mail address (this can be hidden) and your country of residence.
3. If you do submit a website, please put up a link back to this site. You can use one of the shiny buttons if you like, but you don't have to.
   
4. Porn sites, sites that don't link back here, or sites anything illegall on 'em will not be linked..
   
5. Use the update form when stuff about your site changes. I'll check links to make sure sites are still working and remove any dead links. However, you're welcome to re-ad your site later with the update form if it's moved to a different location.
